低烟无卤阻燃电缆料研究进展
Research Progress on Low-Smoke Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Cable Materials

摘要: 文中从基体树脂和阻燃剂两个方面综述了近年来低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆料的发展,分析介绍了金属氢氧化物阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂、膨胀型阻燃体系,以及生物基阻燃体系的阻燃机理和研究进展,全面阐述了低烟无卤阻燃电缆料的研究现状。最后,展望了电缆料领域低烟无卤阻燃技术将向高效、绿色、智能和多功能方向发展,如逐渐兴起的生物基阻燃剂。Abstract: Research progress of low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin cable materials in recent years were reviewed from the aspects of matrix resin and flame retardant. Flame retardant mechanism and research progress of metal hydroxide flame retardant, phosphorus flame retardant, intumescent flame retardant system and bio-based flame retardant system were analyzed and introduced. Research status of low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable materials was comprehensively expounded. Finally, development of low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant technology in the field of cable materials was prospected to be efficient, green, intelligent and multifunctional, such as the gradual rise of bio-based flame retardant.
