高速双轴铜缆连接技术的发展与展望

    Development and Perspective of High-Speed Twinaxial Copper Cabling Technology

    • 摘要: 通过研究电气与电子工程师协会(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers,IEEE)、国际电工委员会(International Electrotechnical Commission,IEC)、光网络互联论坛(Optical Internetworking Forum,OIF)等学术和标准组织发布的相关标准,文中总结了高速双轴铜缆组件、双轴电缆及用于高速铜缆组件连接器件的技术现状;基于IEEE和OIF相关标准工作组正在进行中的标准制定工作,讨论了单通道信息速率达到200 Gb·s−1甚至是400 Gb·s−1的高速铜缆连接在设计、制造、测试等方面所面临的技术挑战。

       

      Abstract: By researching of the approved standards in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and Optical Internetworking Forum (OIF), current technologies of high-speed twinaxial copper assemblies, twinaxial cables, and connectors were summarized. Furthermore, technical challenges of the design, manufacture, and test of the next generation twinaxial copper cabling with 200 Gb·s−1 or 400 Gb·s−1 signaling rate per lane were discussed.
