单双层柔性过渡铠装海底电缆性能分析及试验研究

摘要: 文中针对单双层柔性过渡铠装海底电缆结构及性能进行了系统分析与试验论证。首先,通过两种铠装结构在电性能和机械性能的对比分析,研究了其在不同海洋环境(如浅海、深海及复杂海床地形)下的适用性;然后,针对单双层柔性过渡铠装海底电缆进行生产试制,并依据相关标准开展电性能和机械性能测试。试验验证表明,单双层柔性过渡铠装层结构的电性能和机械性能适应目标环境工况的要求。在部分敷设环境下,将海底电缆铠装从单层变为双层,可保证电缆在深海高压、强洋流及外力冲击环境下表现出更优异的机械保护和耐久性,且单双层柔性过渡铠装相较于双层铠装,更节约成本。研究为海底电缆铠装结构的选择提供了理论依据和试验支持,对海底电缆实际工程应用具有重要指导意义。Abstract: Structure and performance of single and double armored flexible transition submarine cable were analyzed and tested in the paper. Firstly, electrical properties and mechanical properties of the two kinds of armored structures were compared, and applicability of the two kinds of armored structures in different marine environments (such as shallow sea, deep sea and complex seabed terrain) was studied. Then, trial production for single and double armored flexible transition submarine cable was carried out, and electrical properties and mechanical properties were tested according to relevant standards. Experimental results showed that electrical properties and mechanical properties of single and double armored flexible transition structure fully met the requirements of target environmental conditions. Changing submarine cable armor from single to double in partial laying environment could ensure that single and double armored flexible transition cable showed better mechanical protection and durability under high pressure in deep sea, strong ocean current and external impact environment, and the cost was lower than double armor. The research could provide theoretical basis and experimental support for the selection of submarine cable armored structure, and offer important guiding significance for practical engineering application of submarine cable.
