储能系统用直流电缆技术规范体系对比分析
Comparison and Analysis of DC Cable Technical Specification System for Energy Storage System

                            摘要: 在全球能源结构转型与可持续发展的大背景下,新能源行业正以不可阻挡的势头快速崛起,电力储能技术随之在各领域得到广泛应用,而储能系统用直流电缆正是各电化学储能系统连接发电、送电与储电的神经系统,发挥着重要枢纽的作用。文中根据德国技术监督委员会(TÜV)莱茵、上海国缆检测股份有限公司和中国质量认证中心已发布的储能系统用直流电缆技术相关规范,对比分析各技术规范中产品结构要求、产品特性、考核项目、试验设备等关键指标,提出储能系统用直流电缆标准化进程的研究方向,为未来储能系统用直流电缆标准化的科学发展提供参考。Abstract: Under the backdrop of global energy structure transformation and sustainable development, the new energy industry is rising rapidly with an unstoppable momentum. Technology of power storage has been widely applied in various fields, and DC cables for energy storage systems play a crucial role as the nervous system connecting power generation, transmission and storage in electrochemical energy storage systems. Based on technical specifications of DC cables for energy storage systems released by TÜV Rheinland, Shanghai National Center of Testing and Inspection for Electric Cable and Wire Co., Ltd. and China Quality Certification Center, key indicators such as product structure, characteristics, assessment items and test equipment in each technical specification were compared and summarized. Besides, research direction of standardization process of DC cables for energy storage systems was proposed, providing reference and guidance for the more scientific standardization development of DC cables for energy storage systems in the future.
