摘要: 为解决高填充阻燃体系加工中的“高黏度-低热稳定性”矛盾,提高无卤电缆料的加工效率与产品质量,文中开发了一种新型分段变参数螺杆,通过螺纹拓扑优化、动态热管理及低剪切混合3种技术手段系统改进加工工艺。首先,优化螺纹拓扑改善螺杆流道分布与剪切特性,降低熔融过程中的黏度梯度;其次,采用动态热管理技术优化加热与冷却系统,提升材料热稳定性;最后,通过低剪切混合设计减少材料在加工过程中的剪切应力,避免过度混合引起的材料性能劣化。结果表明,新型螺杆在
1350 r·min–1转速下,无卤电缆料挤出量提升58.8%至350 kg·h–1,烟密度降低60%至48%,能耗下降27.1%。新型螺杆在提高生产效率、改善材料性能及降低能耗方面表现优异,有效解决了高填充阻燃体系加工中的技术瓶颈,可为无卤电缆料的高效、低能耗和高质量加工提供创新性解决方案,具有重要的实际应用价值。Abstract: This study aims to solve the contradiction of "high viscosity low thermal stability" in the processing of high filled flame retardant system, and improve the processing efficiency and product quality of halogen-free cable material. To this end, the research team successfully developed a new type of segmented variable parameter screw, and systematically improved the processing technology through the triple innovative technical means of thread topology optimization, dynamic thermal management and low shear mixing. Firstly, the flow channel distribution and shear characteristics of the screw were improved by thread topology optimization design to reduce the viscosity gradient in the melting process; Secondly, the dynamic thermal management technology was used to optimize the heating and cooling system and improve the thermal stability of the material; Finally, through the low shear mixing design, the shear stress of the material in the processing process is significantly reduced, and the material performance degradation caused by excessive mixing is avoided. The results showed that the extrusion amount of halogen-free cable compound increased significantly by 58.8% to 350kg/h at 1350rpm, the smoke density decreased significantly by 60% , dropping to 48%, and the energy consumption decreased effectively by 27.1%. These data fully verified the excellent performance of the new screw in improving production efficiency, improving material properties and reducing energy consumption. This research achievement has solved the technical bottleneck in the processing of high filled flame retardant system, and provided innovative solutions for the high-efficiency, low energy consumption and high-quality processing of halogen-free cable materials, which has important theoretical significance and practical application value.
