Development of 0.66/1.14 kV Coal Shearer Optical-Electrical Composite Metal Shielded Mining Soft Cable

摘要: 为开发集电力传输和通信功能于一体的采煤机复合电缆,文中通过在传统采煤机电缆中集成光纤结构,提出一种多功能电缆的设计方案,以减少矿井中的多次放线作业;采用耐高温的强化光缆与采煤机电缆的融合结构,研究电缆材料、光缆材料及其结构设计,并探讨生产工艺的关键控制点。试验结果表明,所研制的电缆满足MT 818.4—2009《煤矿用电缆第4部分:额定电压1.9/3.3 kV及以下采煤机金属屏蔽软电缆》要求,且光缆部分符合YD/T 1258系列标准。Abstract: In order to develop a composite cable integrating power transmission and communication functions for coal shearer, a multi-functional cable design was proposed by incorporating an optical fiber structure into traditional coal shearer cable, thereby reducing multiple cable laying operations in mines. A fusion structure of a high-temperature optical cable and coal shearer cable was adopted. Cable materials, optical fiber materials, and their structural design were studied, and key control points of production process were discussed. Experimental results indicated that the developed cable could met Cables for Coal Mine—Part 4: Flexible Cables with Metallic Screen for Use with Coal Cutters of Rated Voltages Up to and Including 1.9/3.3 kV (MT 818.4—2009), and the optical part could met YD/T 1258 series standards.
