拉丝乳液失效对漆包铜线性能的影响

    • 摘要: 为了研究乳液失效对漆包线漆膜附着性的影响和提高漆包线质量稳定性,探索漆包线剥离扭绞试验、急拉断试验等检测数据,对比乳液失效、铜粉颜色、裸铜线表面光洁度等,分析拉丝乳液性能对漆包线性能的影响。结果表明,通过增加添加剂可以改善黑色铜粉产生,提高漆膜附着性,论文为漆包线生产中拉丝乳液保养提供了依据,可用于优化漆包线生产方法。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of emulsion failure on the adhesion of enameled wire and improve the stability of enameled wire quality, Explore the detection data such as the stripping and twisting test and the sudden break test of enameled wire, the comparison of emulsion failure, the comparison of copper powder color, the comparison of the surface finish of bare wire, etc., which provides a basis for the influence law of the adhesion performance of enameled wire. The results show that the effectiveness of different additives in improving black powder and adhesion provides a basis for the maintenance of drawing emulsion in the production of enameled wire, and also provides a method for improving the production quality of enameled wire.
