拉丝乳液失效对漆包铜线性能的影响

摘要: 为研究乳液失效对漆包线漆膜附着性的影响并提高漆包线质量稳定性,文中结合漆包线剥离扭绞试验、急拉断试验等检测数据,对比乳液失效、铜粉颜色、裸铜线表面光洁度等表征指标,分析了拉丝乳液性能对漆包线性能的影响。结果表明,通过调整添加剂用量以优化拉丝乳液配方,可以抑制黑色铜粉产生,提高漆包线漆膜附着性。研究结果可为漆包线生产中拉丝乳液保养提供依据,并用于优化漆包线生产方法。Abstract: To investigate effect of emulsion failure on the adhesion of enameled wire coatings and to improve quality stability of enameled wires, influence of drawing emulsion performance on the properties of enameled wire was analyzed by comparing parameters such as emulsion failure status, copper powder color, and surface finish of bare copper wire, combined with the examined key test data including peel torsion test and sudden elongation test. Results indicated that by adjusting the amount of additives to optimize the formulation of drawing emulsion, formation of black copper powder could be mitigated, and coating adhesion could be improved, which could provide a theoretical basis for the maintenance of drawing emulsions in enameled wire production and could be applied to optimize manufacturing processes.
