    • 摘要: 文中通过梳理中国舰船电缆领域GJB 774A—2020《舰船用电线电缆通用规范》和GJB 1916A—2022《舰船用低烟电线电缆通用规范》两个重要标准的技术要求、适用范围及发展演变情况,探讨其对舰船电缆设计、制造和应用的影响。GJB 774A—2020替代GJB 774—1989《舰船用电缆和软线通用规范》,给出了具体的材料性能要求,增加了低烟、无卤电缆的具体指标;而GJB 1916A—2022是对GJB 1916—1994《舰船用低烟电缆和软线通用规范》的修订,但修订内容较为宽泛,仍需相应详细规范的支撑。GJB 774A—2020适用于各类舰船的电力、照明、控制、通信、仪表及电子设备用电线电缆,GJB 1916A—2022则主要针对舰船用低烟电力电缆、装备电缆、通信电缆和综合电缆等。GJB 774A—2020更注重材料性能的明确化和指标的细化。这些差异使得GJB 774A—2020在电缆设计和制造中能够提供更具体的技术指导,推动舰船电缆向高性能、环保方向发展;GJB 1916A—2022则在低烟电缆领域具有一定的规范作用,但操作性仍有待提升。总体而言,GJB 774A—2020更具普适性和先进性,而GJB 1916A—2022在特定领域具有独特价值,两者共同推动中国舰船电缆技术的发展。

       

      Abstract: By reviewing technical requirements, scope of application, and evolution of the two important standards General Specification for Electrical Wires and Cables of Naval Ships (GJB 774A—2020) and General Specification for Low Smoke Wires and Cables used in Shipboard (GJB 1916A—2022) in the field of shipboard cables in China, their impact on design, manufacturing, and application is explored. GJB 774A—2020 is a general specification that replaces General Specifications of Electrical Cable and Cord for Military Shipboard Use (GJB 774—1989), providing specific material performance requirements and adding specific indicators for low smoke and halogen-free cables, while GJB 1916A—2022 is a revision of General Specification for Low Smoke Naval Ship Cable and Cord (GJB 1916—1994), but the revised content is relatively broad and still requires corresponding detailed and standardized support. GJB 774A—2020 is applicable to wires and cables for power, lighting, control, communication, instrumentation, and electronic equipment of various types of ships, while GJB 1916A—2022 mainly targets low smoke power cables, equipment cables, communication cables, and comprehensive cables for ships. GJB 774A—2020 places more emphasis on clarifying material properties and refining indicators. These differences enable GJB 774A—2020 to provide more specific technical guidance in cable design and manufacturing, promoting the development of shipboard cables towards high performance and environmental protection; GJB 1916A—2022 has a certain regulatory role in the field of low smoke cables, but its operability still needs to be improved. In general, GJB 774A—2020 is more universal and progressive, while GJB 1916A—2022 has its unique value in specific fields, the two standards together promote the development of China's shipboard cable technology.
