一种中心绞合式全干式带状光缆设计

    Design of a Central Twisted All Dry Ribbon Cable

    • 摘要: 文中介绍了一种864芯新型结构的带状光缆,该光缆兼顾了层绞式结构的拉伸特性和中心管式带状光缆缆芯居中的优点。该光缆的带状光纤束管采用全干式阻水方式,设计为方形紧套结构,具备常规带状光缆的机械特性和环境特性,施工便捷,在节约物料成本、绿色环保方面有明显优势。

       

      Abstract: A new structure of 864-core ribbon fiber optic cable was introduced, which combined tensile characteristics of stranded fiber optic cable with the advantages of central tube ribbon fiber optic cable core centering. An all-dry water blocking method was adopted for the ribbon fiber bundle tube, and it was designed as a square tight buffer structure. Mechanical and environmental characteristics of conventional ribbon cables were maintained, making construction more convenient. At the same time, significant advantages in material cost savings and green environmental protection were demonstrated.
