高速成缆绞合台的设计

摘要: 为解决传统高速成缆工序中绞合台在速度、耐用性、精度及数字化互联能力等方面的不足,采用新型伺服电机、优化机械结构、改进材质及提升信息化水平等创新技术方案,对高速成缆工序的绞合台设计展开研究,并进行平台验证和经济效益分析。结果表明,该设计方案实现了产线速率的大幅提升、设备耐用性的显著增强及绞合精度的有效控制,满足了数字化工厂的建设需求,可为高速成缆设备的优化升级及数字化工厂的实践提供参考。Abstract: To address the shortcomings of traditional high-speed cable stranding machines in terms of speed, durability, precision, and digital interconnection capabilities, innovative technical solutions were adopted such as new-type servo motors, optimized mechanical structures, improved materials, and enhanced informatization levels, to conduct research on the design of stranding machines for high-speed cable stranding processes. Results showed that the design scheme could achieve a significant improvement in production line speed, a marked enhancement in equipment durability, and effective control of stranding precision, while meeting construction requirements of digital factories. The research could provide reference for the optimization and upgrading of high-speed cable stranding equipment and related practices in digital factories.
