钢珠电极服役期对电晕测试的影响

    Effect of Steel Ball Electrodes on Corona Resistance Testing

    • 摘要: 漆包线耐电晕寿命评估的准确性一直是行业内关注的热点问题。文中对漆包线耐电晕性能测试所使用的钢珠电极的服役时间可能对测试结果造成的影响展开研究。结果表明:随着钢珠电极服役时间的延长,测试得到的漆包线失效时间数据的中值和均值都呈逐步增加趋势。当钢珠电极正常使用不超过3个月时,所得到的失效时间数据与初始采用新钢珠得到的数据相比分散性变化不大,统计分析证明两组数据在均值上无显著性差异。而当钢珠电极使用时间超过6个月时,所得到的失效时间数据的分散性明显增大,并出现极端异常大值,统计分析结果证明钢珠电极使用3个月和6个月的两组数据在均值上存在显著差异,但从中位值来看两组数据的差异并不显著。

       

      Abstract: Assessment accuracy of the corona resistance of enameled wires remains a key industry challenge. This study examines the influence of service duration of steel ball electrodes used in corona resistance tester on enameled wire specimens. Results reveal that failure time of enameled wires increases with the extending of the service period of steel ball electrodes regardless of median value or average value. electrodes used less than three months yield time-to-failure data with dispersion comparable to initial data obtained by using new steel ball. And both data groups show no statistically significant difference in mean values. However, failure time data exhibits markedly increased dispersion even includes an extreme abnormal value when the steel ball was used over six months. Statistical analysis confirms a significant difference in mean values between three month and six month datasets while showing no significant difference in median values.
