摘要: 电线电缆火灾是电气火灾的主要诱因,严重威胁生命和财产安全。本文系统综述了近年电线电缆的火灾行为,重点分析其点燃、火焰传播、熔融滴落及熄灭过程,并剖析其关键影响因素的作用机制,如线芯热传递(兼具热源与热沉双重作用)、环境压力、氧气浓度、重力场及气流条件。此外,着重剖析了实验室基础模型(如单线燃烧)与商用电缆测试标准(如成束燃烧)间的差异与关联,以弥合基础研究与工程应用之间的差距。最后,展望了未来重点研究方向,旨在为高性能防火电缆的设计开发与安全评估提供可靠的理论依据和技术支撑。Abstract: Electrical cable fires represent a primary cause of electrical fires, posing severe threats to life and property safety. Recent research on fire behavior of electrical cables and wires was systematically reviewed, focusing on analysis of ignition, flame propagation, molten dripping, and extinction processes. Mechanistic roles of key influencing factors were analyzed, such as heat transfer characteristics of conductor core (exhibiting dual functionality as both a heat source and a heat sink), environmental pressure, oxygen concentration, gravitational fields, and airflow conditions. Discrepancies and connections between laboratory-based fundamental models and commercial cable testing standards were critically highlighted, aiming to bridge the gap between fundamental research and engineering applications. Finally, key future research directions were outlined to provide a reliable theoretical foundation and technical underpinning for design, development, and safety assessment of high-performance fire-resistant cables.
