架空绝缘电缆载流量的计算方法
Calculation Method of Current Rating for Overhead Insulated Cables

摘要: 针对传统架空绝缘电缆载流量计算方法存在局限性且未考虑实际风速波动,导致计算结果偏保守的问题,本文参考架空裸导线载流量计算方法,结合传统电缆绝缘层热阻计算方法,推导出架空绝缘电缆表面温度的超越方程,并采用Mathcad牛顿迭代法对该方程进行数值求解,进而计算出电缆载流量,并与实际载流量进行对比。结果表明,文中计算载流量与实际载流量吻合较好,最大误差仅为−2.96%,验证了该方法的可行性。文中计算方法综合考虑了风速和日照等敷设环境因素,可根据实际敷设条件灵活调整,为复杂工况下架空绝缘电缆的载流量评估、工程设计及安全运行提供了可靠参考。Abstract: To address limitations of traditional calculation methods for current rating of overhead insulated cables, which ignored actual wind speed fluctuations and resulted in conservative calculation results, a transcendental equation for calculating surface temperature of overhead insulated cables was derived by referencing the calculation method for overhead bare conductors and combining it with the thermal resistance calculation method for traditional cable insulation layers. The equation was numerically solved using the Newton-Raphson method in Mathcad to calculate cable current rating, which was then compared with actual current rating. Results showed that the calculated current rating agreed well with the actual data, with a maximum error of only −2.96%, which verified feasibility of the proposed method. Comprehensively considering laying environmental factors such as wind speed and solar radiation, the calculation method allows flexible adjustments according to actual laying conditions, which could provide a reliable reference for current rating evaluation, engineering design, and safe operation of overhead insulated cables under complex operating conditions.
