架空绝缘电缆载流量新计算方法探讨
Discussion on the New Calculation Method for the Current Rating of Overhead Insulated Cables

摘要: 通过借鉴架空裸导线载流量计算方法与传统电缆载流量计算方法中绝缘层热阻的计算方法结合,得到计算架空绝缘电缆表面温度的超越方程,通过MATHCAD编程并采用牛顿迭代法得到该表面温度值。然后根据传统电缆载流量计算方法(热流乘以热阻等于温差)得到架空绝缘电缆的载流量。根据计算的结果与实际测试获取的架空绝缘电缆载流量进行了比较分析,验证了新方法的可行性。Abstract: By combining the calculation method of thermal resistance for the insulation layer from the current rating calculation method of bare overhead conductors with the traditional cable current rating calculation method, a transcendental equation for calculating the surface temperature of overhead insulated cables was derived. The surface temperature value was obtained by programming in MATHCAD and applying the Newton-Raphson iteration method. Subsequently, the current rating of the overhead insulated cable was determined based on the traditional cable current rating calculation principle (heat flow multiplied by thermal resistance equals temperature difference). The calculated results were compared with the actual measured current rating of the overhead insulated cable, validating the feasibility of the new method.
