海上风电用海底电缆运维技术发展现状及趋势
Current Development Status and Trends of Submarine Cables Operation and Maintenance Technology for Offshore Wind Farms

摘要: 海上风电用海底电缆被誉为海上风电系统的生命线,其运维技术水平直接决定风电场的安全性、可靠性与经济性。文中系统综述了2020年以来国内外在海底电缆运维技术、状态监测体系及系统集成与优化方面的研究进展,构建了包括运维成本、技术经济性与全生命周期风险的综合评估框架,介绍了运维策略对项目经济性的关键影响。最后,通过对比国内外海上风电场用海底电缆运维技术在发展路线、研究重点、数据整合和发展阶段等方面的差异,表明现阶段国内应同时注重机理、标准和系统发展,国外应重点解决深远海工程技术难题,共同推动海底电缆运维技术向更可靠、更高效的方向发展。Abstract: Submarine cables for offshore wind power are regarded as lifeline of offshore wind power systems, with their operation and maintenance (O&M) technology directly determining the safety, reliability, and economic performance of wind farms. Domestic and international research progress since 2020 in submarine cable O&M technologies, condition monitoring systems, as well as system integration and optimization was systematically reviewed. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation framework covering O&M costs, techno-economic performance, and lifecycle risks was established, clarifying the critical impact of O&M strategies on project economics. Finally, by comparing the differences in development routes, research priorities, data integration, and development stages of submarine cable O&M technologies for offshore wind farms at home and abroad, it was pointed out that at the current stage, China should pay attention to strengthen the coordinated development of mechanism, standard and system, while other countries should focus on overcoming bottlenecks in deep-sea engineering technology, so as to jointly promote the development of more reliable and efficient submarine cable O&M technologies.
