海上风电用海底电缆运维技术发展现状及趋势

    Current Development Status and Trends of Submarine Cable Operation and Maintenance Technology for Offshore Wind Farms

    • 摘要: 海上风电用海底电缆被誉为海上风电系统的生命线,其运维技术水平直接决定风电场的安全性、可靠性与经济性。文中系统综述了2020年以来,国内外在海底电缆运维与状态监测技术体系,以及系统集成与优化两个方向的研究进展,构建了涵盖运维成本、技术经济性及全生命周期风险的综合评估框架,明确了运维策略对项目经济性的关键影响。对比分析国内外在海上风电场用海底电缆运维技术路线、研究重点与发展阶段的差异,指出现阶段国内需强化“机理-标准-系统”协同,国外需突破深远海工程技术瓶颈,以共同推动运维技术向更可靠、高效的方向发展。

       

      Abstract: Submarine cables are regarded as the “lifeline” of offshore wind power systems, with their operation and maintenance technology directly determining the safety, reliability, and economic performance of wind farms. This paper systematically reviews domestic and international research progress since 2020 in two main directions: submarine cable operation, maintenance, condition monitoring, as well as system integration and optimization. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation framework covering maintenance costs, techno-economic performance, and full lifecycle risks is established, clarifying the critical impact of maintenance strategies on project economics. By comparing the differences in technical approaches, research priorities, and development stages between domestic and international practices in offshore wind farm submarine cable maintenance, it points out that domestically there is a need to strengthen the synergy of “mechanisms-standards-systems,” while internationally the focus should be on overcoming engineering bottlenecks in deep-sea and far-sea applications, jointly promoting the development of more reliable and efficient operation and maintenance technologies.
