Design and Manufacturing of 3 000 mm2 Segmented Conductors for High Voltage Cables

摘要: 通过建立3 000 mm2大截面分割导体结构设计的数学几何模型,在现有高压电缆用大截面分割导体设计和制造的基础上,完成了3 000 mm2分割导体结构尺寸及紧压轮模具的设计,并重点阐述了大截面分割导体的制造工艺和导体直流电阻检测等关键技术。结果表明,经过精确的工艺设计和严格的质量控制,可以显著提高分割导体的工艺结构稳定性、圆整性和良好的导电性能,试制导体的不圆度小于0.8 mm,20 ℃导体直流电阻为0.005 8~0.005 9 Ω·km−1范围,充分满足超高压电缆的性能要求,可为高压电缆用大截面分割导体的设计和制造提供了设计依据和实践指导。Abstract: This article establishes a mathematical geometric model for the design of a 3 000 mm2 large section segmented conductor structure. Based on the existing design and manufacturing of large section segmented conductors for high voltage cables, the precise design of the size of the 3 000 mm2 segmented conductor structure is completed, and key technologies such as the manufacturing process of large section segmented conductors and direct current resistance detection of conductors are emphasized. The research results indicate that precise process design and strict quality control can significantly improve the stability, roundness, and good conductivity of segmented conductors, The trial conductor has a roundness value less than 0.8 mm, and the DC resistance at 20 °C is about 0.005 8~0.005 9 Ω·km−1, fully meeting the performance requirements of ultra-high voltage cables. At the same time, this study provides design basis and practical guidance for the design and manufacturing of large section segmented conductors for high-voltage cables.
