一种高速率低损耗同轴电缆的研制
Development of a Coaxial Cable with High Transmission Rate and Low Loss

摘要: 在航空航天及军事领域中,由于其苛刻的应用环境,所使用的同轴电缆通常需要满足耐高温、低损耗及轻质的要求。当前市场上,以美国军用标准(MIL-DTL-17)所规定的同轴电缆为主流。文中以尺寸最小的RG196A/U型同轴电缆为对比对象,研制了一种高速率的耐高温、低损耗且轻质的同轴电缆,在外径、衰减与传输速率上均有所改善。在理论模型中,该设计下同轴电缆的特性阻抗为54.20 Ω,传输速率为82.2%,在200、400、600、800、
1000 MHz下的衰减均优于RG196A/U。在生产中,该同轴电缆采用了镀银铜丝、微孔聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)包带、聚酰亚胺(polyimide,PI)铜箔,以及可溶性聚四氟乙烯(perfluoroalkoxy,PFA)材料。试验样品的测试结果表明,电缆的传输速率达到了87.6%,衰减较RG196A/U最高改善了28%,而外径仅为1.5 mm,为同轴电缆在航空航天领域中的应用提供了新的选项。Abstract: In aerospace and military fields, coaxial cables are typically required to be high temperature resistance, low loss and lightweight due to their harsh operating environments. Currently, coaxial cables specified by United States military standard (MIL-DTL-17) dominate the market. Using the smallest-sized RG196A/U coaxial cable as a benchmark, a high speed, high temperature resistant, low loss, and lightweight coaxial cable was developed in the study, with improvements in outer diameter, attenuation, and transmission rate. In theoretical model, characteristic impedance of the coaxial cable based on the design was 54.2 Ω, with a transmission rate of 82.2%. At frequencies of 200, 400, 600, 800,1000 MHz, attenuation were all superior to RG196A/U. In production process, the coaxial cable was made by silver-plated copper wire, microporous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tape, polyimide (PI) copper foil, and perfluoroalkoxy (PFA). Test results showed that transmission rate of the coaxial cable could reach 87.6%, with attenuation improved by up to 28% compared to RG196A/U, while the outer diameter was only 1.5 mm, which could provide a new option for the application of coaxial cables in aerospace field.
