低压电缆铜导体氧化影响因素分析和预防
Analysis and Prevention of Oxidation Influencing Factors for Copper Conductors of Low-Voltage Cables

摘要: 在低压电缆制造中,铜导体作为关键材料,在生产过程中因接触云母带、硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘和水等导致氧化变色,氧化不仅影响产品外观,还会降低导电性能和使用寿命。文中采用控制变量法系统分析了铜导体自身氧化特性、云母带包覆、硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘对铜导体氧化的影响。研究发现:云母带含水率及易吸潮性、硅烷交联聚乙烯中抗铜剂含量和润滑油耐温等级是主要诱因。Abstract: In the manufacturing of low-voltage cables, copper conductors, as a key material, were oxidized and discolored during the production process due to contact with mica tape, silane cross-linked polyethylene insulation, and water. The product appearance was affected, and the electrical conductivity and service life of copper conductors were degraded and shortened by the oxidation. In this study, the control variable method was adopted to systematically analyze the effects of the intrinsic oxidation characteristics of copper conductors, mica tape wrapping, and silane cross-linked polyethylene insulation on the oxidation of copper conductors. It was found that the water content and hygroscopicity of mica tape, the content of copper inhibitor in silane cross-linked polyethylene, and the temperature resistance grade of lubricating oil were the main inducing factors.
