1800 mm2的导体结构,测量了两种规格导体的直流电阻。结果表明,630 mm2和1800 mm2导体在20 ℃时的单位长度直流电阻分别为2.81×10−8、1.008×10−8 Ω·mm−1,满足标准要求。最后,对圆形单丝紧压导体结构设计与工艺优化进行了展望。Abstract: To meet design and application requirements of compacted round stranded conductor construction for submarine cables, conductor outer diameter, monofilament diameter, stranded outer diameter, post-compaction outer diameter, compaction reduction per layer, and number of monofilaments were calculated. Conductor structures for 630 mm2 and1800 mm2 specifications were designed and optimized, and their DC resistances were measured. Results showed that DC resistances of two conductors at 20 °C were 2.81×10−8 and 1.008×10−8 Ω·mm−1 respectively, meeting the standard requirements. Finally, the structural design and process optimization of compacted round stranded conductor were discussed.
