基于掺锗拉曼高散射特种光纤的分布式测温技术在智能预警电缆的应用
Application of Distributed Temperature Measurement Technology Based on Multimode Germanium-Doped Raman High-Scattering Special Optical Fiber in Intelligent Early-Warning Cables

摘要: 文中提出一种新型掺锗拉曼高散射特种光纤在电力电缆智能监测中的应用方案。通过稳定性强化工艺使得该光纤在经过超200 ℃的生产环境后,其衰减仍保持在合理范围,保证了使用灵敏度。该智能预警电缆基于光时域反射仪(optical time-domain reflectometer,OTDR),实现分布式光纤测温(distributed temperature sensing,DTS),测温精度为±0.05 ℃,定位精度为0.1 m,测温时间为5 s,预计可将电力系统受损平均响应时间缩短至10 s内。Abstract: A novel application scheme of multimode germanium-doped Raman high-scattering special optical fiber (Ge-Raman fiber) in intelligent monitoring of power cables was proposed in the paper. Through a stability-enhanced process, the fiber could exhibit an attenuation of 0.354 dB·km–1 after exposure to a production environment exceeding 200 ℃, ensuring operational sensitivity. Based on optical time-domain reflectometer (OTDR) technology, the intelligent early-warning cable system could enable distributed temperature sensing (DTS), with a temperature measurement accuracy of ±0.05 ℃, a positioning accuracy of 0.1 m, and a temperature measurement time of 5 s. It was expected to reduce average response time of power system damage to within 10 s.
