    Calibration Techniques for Test Apparatus Specified in GB/T 31248—2014

    • 摘要: 随着GB/T 31248—2014在建筑工程、轨道交通领域的广泛应用,该标准规定的电缆燃烧性能试验装置数量显著增加。然而,在设备调试和校准过程中,由于操作人员技术水平、环境条件,以及设备状态等因素的影响,往往会出现不同程度的偏差,这些偏差会直接影响检测结果的一致性和稳定性。因此,文中探讨该试验装置的调试校准方法,消除或减少校准过程中的偏差,以确保测试结果的准确性和可靠性;从热释放测试系统校准、烟气测量系统校准,以及喷灯火焰形状校准等方面,详细阐述该试验装置的调试校准过程。通过上述校准方法的应用,该试验装置的测量偏差可显著降低,测试结果的一致性和稳定性能够得到明显改善。该校准方法具有较高的实用性和可操作性,能够有效减少校准过程中的偏差,可为燃烧性能试验提供可靠的技术支持,从而推动GB/T 31248—2014的规范化实施。

       

      Abstract: With the widespread application of GB/T 31248—2014 in the fields of construction engineering and rail transportation, the number of cable combustion performance test apparatus specified in the standard has significantly increased. However, during the debugging and calibration process of the equipment, varying degrees of deviations often occur due to factors such as technical proficiency of operators, environmental conditions, and state of the equipment, which can directly affect the consistency and stability of test results. Therefore, debugging and calibration methods for the test apparatus were explored in order to eliminate or reduce deviations during the calibration process, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results. Debugging and calibration process of the test apparatus was comprehensively elaborated with particular focus on the calibration of heat release testing system, smoke measurement system and burner flame shape. Through the application of aforementioned calibration methods, measurement deviations of the test apparatus could be significantly reduced, and consistency and stability of test results could be markedly improved. This debugging and calibration methods could exhibit high practicality and operability, effectively reducing deviations during calibration process, and providing reliable technical support for combustion performance test, which could promote the standardized implementation of GB/T 31248—2014.
