Design of Floating Luminescent Cables Based on Airbag and Light-Emitting Structure

摘要: 文中简要介绍目前生态养殖的现状和灯光诱虫养殖存在的问题,提出基于气囊与发光体结构的漂浮发光电缆。通过对漂浮发光电缆的性能进行分析,设计包含气囊和发光体的电缆结构。根据电缆生产流程,设计产品加工的关键工艺,并通过试验验证,确定单丝时效退火工艺和加工阻水层配模等参数。经过性能验证,文中设计的漂浮发光电缆可以解决灯光诱虫养殖存在的问题。Abstract: Current status of ecological aquaculture and problems existing in light induced insect farming were introduced briefly in the paper, based on which floating luminescent cables based on airbag and light-emitting structure were proposed. By analyzing the performance of floating luminescent cables, a cable structure including airbags and luminescent materials was designed. According to cable production process, key processes were designed, and parameters such as single-wire aging annealing process and model design for water-blocking layer were determined through process validation. After verifying product performance, it was found that floating luminescent cables for lighting on water surface could solve the problem of light induced insect breeding.
