Localization and Detection of Abnormal Resistance in Cross-Interconnection Grounding Circuit of 220 kV High Voltage Cable

摘要: 近年来,接地系统缺陷已成为高压电缆故障跳闸主要原因之一,尤其是电缆终端或接头部位封铅腐蚀、开裂、脱落等造成电缆金属护套接地不良缺陷。通过介绍一起采用交叉互联接地方式的220 kV高压电缆接地回路电阻检测数值异常案例,详细阐述高压电缆等效电路模型,从故障机理角度深入分析接地不良缺陷对电缆安全运行影响和消缺紧急程度;介绍交叉互联接地系统回路电阻检测基本原理,针对该检测方法缺陷定位能力不足问题,提出应用分流比较法和“开窗”检测法相结合开展缺陷测寻定位,最终锁定缺陷位于15#塔电缆终端尾管封铅位置,支撑运维人员针对性开展检修消缺。最后,针对电缆接地回路电阻缺陷和封铅工艺质量管控,提出相关防范措施和建议。Abstract: In recent years, grounding system defects have become one of the main causes of high voltage cable fault trips, especially the corrosion, cracking, and falling off of lead sealing at cable terminals or joints, which cause poor grounding defects of the cable metal sheath. By introducing an abnormal defect in the grounding circuit resistance detection value of a 220 kV high voltage cable using cross-interconnection grounding method, the equivalent circuit model of high voltage cables is elaborated in detail. Starting from the fault mechanism, it deeply analyzes the impact of poor grounding defects on the safe operation of cables and the urgency of defect elimination. It also introduces the basic principle of grounding circuit resistance detection of the cross-interconnection system in detail. In response to the insufficient defect positioning ability of this detection method, it is proposed to combine the shunt comparison method and the “window opening” detection method to carry out defect search and positioning. The defect is finally located at the lead sealing position of the cable terminal tail pipe of Tower No. 15, which supports the operation and maintenance personnel to carry out targeted maintenance and defect elimination. Finally, in view of the resistance defects of cable grounding circuit and the quality control of lead sealing process, relevant preventive measures and suggestions are put forward.
