水上光伏发电系统用电缆结构设计及性能研究

    Structural Design and Performance Research of Floating Photovoltaic Cables

    • 摘要: 常规光伏电缆通常基于陆地使用要求设计,而水上光伏发电系统用电缆需要敷设于复杂、恶劣的水域环境,因此一般的陆地光伏电缆并不适用。为满足水上光伏发电系统使用要求,文中以直流1.5 kV 1×16 mm2规格电缆为例,通过结构设计、材料选型和工艺控制试制样品,并开展了性能试验验证。结果表明,所研制的水上光伏发电系统用电缆能够满足防水、防鼠、防白蚁、抗拖拽、防霉菌等要求,可供其他水上光伏发电项目参考。

       

      Abstract: Conventional photovoltaic cables are designed based on the requirements for use on land, while floating photovoltaic (PV) cables need to be laid in complex and harsh water environment, and the general land photovoltaic cables are not applicable. To meet the operational demands of floating PV systems, a DC 1.5 kV 1×16 mm² cable was taken as an example. Through structural design, material selection, and process control, the cable was developed and its relevant performance was experimentally verified. Results indicated that the developed cable for floating PV systems satisfied the requirements for waterproofing, anti-rodent and anti-termite protection, drag resistance, and fungal resistance, which could serve as a reference for design and application of cables in other floating photovoltaic projects.
