摘要: 为解决750 kV交联聚乙烯(cross-linked polyethylene,XLPE)绝缘电力电缆的绝缘设计问题,文中提出一种超高压交流电缆绝缘厚度的设计方法。通过分析绝缘的操作冲击和雷电冲击耐受电压水平,结合试验数据对750 kV XLPE绝缘电力电缆的绝缘厚度进行研究和计算,并对试制电缆产品开展型式试验和裕度试验。结果表明,文中的绝缘厚度设计值可为750 kV交联聚乙烯电缆产品制造提供借鉴参考,同时为750 kV电缆工程建设提供技术支撑。Abstract: In order to solve the insulation design problem of 750 kV cross-linked polyethylene cables, a design method for insulation thickness of extra-high voltage AC cable was presented. By analyzing switching impulse and lightning impulse withstand voltage level of insulation, insulation thickness of 750 kV cables was studied and calculated in combination with test data, and the type test and margin test were carried out on trial-made 750 kV cable products. Results showed that the design value of insulation thickness in this paper could provide reference for manufacture of 750 kV cross-linked polyethylene cables and provide technical support for 750 kV cable projects.
