新型高效的免调偏心挤塑机模具设计

    Mold Design of New and Efficient Bias-Free Extruder

    • 摘要: 为解决传统大挤塑机模具在安装调试和模具更换过程中耗时长、效率低的问题,文中提出了一种新型的用于挤塑护套的模具设计,通过引入快速换模免调偏心结构进行优化,并在挤塑机上对不同产品、不同厚度的样品进行反复验证。结果表明,与传统模具相比,新型模具的换模效率提高约68%,废料排放量减少约18%,模具成本至少节约50%,实现了免调模和高效换模,能够有效降低生产成本、提高生产效率,可为电缆行业提供给高效、低成本的模具解决方案。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of time-consuming and low efficiency in the process of installation, debugging and mold replacement of traditional large extruder, a new mold design for extrusion sheath was proposed, which was optimized by introducing the rapid mold replacement without adjusting the core deviation structure, and repeatedly verifying samples of different products and different thicknesses on the extruder. Results showed that compared with traditional mold, the new mold replacement efficiency was improved about 68%, waste emissions was reduced about 18%, and mold cost was saved more than 50%, which could effectively reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency, and provide efficient and low-cost mold solutions for the cable industry.
