B1级数据电缆燃烧性能的影响分析

    Analysis of the Influencing Factors on the Combustion Performance of Class B1 Data Cables

    • 摘要: 为剖析B1级数据电缆燃烧过程中火焰蔓延高度、热释放总量、燃烧热增长速率指数等燃烧性能的影响因素,以燃烧结果一致性较好的低烟无卤护套材料的屏蔽型6A类数字通信对称电缆作为研究对象,在电缆结构影响、护套材料类型对比及不同捆绑试样数量等方面对其进行B1级燃烧性能测试。结果表明,上述各因素中护套材料的阻燃性能对 B1 级数据电缆的燃烧性能有显著影响,以期为B1级数据电缆的设计提供借鉴参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to analyze influencing factors of combustion performance flame spreadas height, total heat release, and rate of increase of combustion heat index during burning process of Class B1 data cables, using low-smoke halogen-free sheath materials with superior consistency in burning results as research object, class B1 combustion tests were conducted on shielded 6A class digital communication symmetrical cables, focusing on impact of cable structure, comparison of sheath material types, and different quantities of bundled samples. Results showed that among these factors, flame-retardant performance of sheath material significantly affected burning performance of Class B1 data cables, which could provide reference for design of Class B1 data cables..
