摘要: 在城市轨道交通供电系统中,轨道交通环网用电缆的可靠性对整条轨道交通线路起决定性作用。鉴于城市轨道交通线路情况多样,文中对轨道交通环网用电缆不同敷设方式及使用要求进行研究。同时,以某电缆为例,介绍其金属屏蔽截面积的设计计算,以及防水、防鼠蚁、防紫外线和阻燃等关键性能的工艺方案。通过性能检测,该电缆的各项性能指标均满足相关标准规定,为防水、防鼠蚁、防紫外线、燃烧性能等级满足B1(d0、t0、a1)级的轨道交通环网用电缆提供了解决方案。Abstract: In an urban rail transit power supply system, the reliability of rail transit ring network cables is decisive for the entire line. Given the varying conditions of different lines, an investigation into laying methods and operational requirements for these cables was conducted. Based on the investigation, the design and calculation of metal shielding cross-sectional area for a specific cable were introduced. Furthermore, technical processes were employed to achieve critical properties, including waterproofing, rodents and insects resistance, UV resistance and flame retardancy. Performance tests confirmed that all key indicators met relevant standards, providing a solution for rail transit ring network cables, featuring waterproofing, rodent and insect resistance, UV resistance and flame retardancy of Class B1 (d0, t0, a1).
