Operation and Maintenance Strategy and Engineering Effectiveness of High-Temperature Superconducting Cables

摘要: 以全球首条全商业化运行上海1.2公里35 kV超导电缆示范工程为研究对象,系统阐述了超导电缆系统的运维体系与实践成果。通过超导电缆本体、低温制冷系统及智能监测终端所构建的多层级智能监控平台,电缆本体-制冷链路-通道环境协同运维机制,以及现场无人值守-远程监控-定期巡检三位一体综合防护体系,基于多参数阈值联动的分级预警技术,共同构建了超导电缆长期运维策略。在该运维策略指导下,上海1.2公里35 kV超导电缆工程在复杂城市地下管网环境中实现连续数年安全运行,所建立的运维标准体系为超大型城市电网改造、绿色数据中心供电及新型能源系统中的超导电缆规模化部署提供了关键技术范式,标志着超导输配电技术完成从实验室验证到城市级工程应用的里程碑跨越。Abstract: This paper takes the world's first fully commercial 1.2-kilometer 35 kV high-temperature superconducting (HTS) cable demonstration project in Shanghai as the research object, systematically elaborating the operation and maintenance system and practical achievements of the superconducting cable system. A long-term maintenance strategy for superconducting cables has been established through: a multi-level intelligent monitoring platform constructed by the superconducting cable body, cryogenic refrigeration system, and intelligent monitoring terminals; a coordinated operation and maintenance mechanism integrating cable body, refrigeration chain, and tunnel environment; a comprehensive three-in-one protection system combining on-site unattended operation, remote monitoring, and regular inspections; and hierarchical early warning technology based on multi-parameter threshold linkage. Guided by this maintenance strategy, the Shanghai 1.2-kilometer 35 kV superconducting cable project has achieved several years of continuous safe operation in a complex urban underground pipeline network environment, creating a world record for the engineering operation of high-temperature superconducting power equipment. The established operation and maintenance standard system provides a key technical paradigm for the large-scale deployment of superconducting cables in mega-city power grid renovation, green data center power supply, and new energy systems, marking a milestone transition of superconducting power transmission and distribution technology from laboratory verification to city-level engineering application.
