安装方式对机器人拖链电缆使用寿命的影响
Impact of Installation Method on Service Life of Robot Drag Chain Cables

摘要: 针对国内机器人电缆缺乏明确安装标准,安装不当易导致电缆过早失效的行业痛点,以型号为UL 20276 3P 26 AWG的机器人拖链电缆为研究对象,根据实际应用场景设计动态试验,研究安装长度余量、安装空间及大线规电缆交叉、扎带固定方式及位置3个安装因素对运行次数、导体直流电阻变化率和护套外观磨损程度等电缆使用寿命指标的影响,通过多组对照试验量化各因素的权重。结果表明,安装过紧会导致电缆断路,最大导体直流电阻变化率达855%,护套严重磨损漏编织;安装空间受限且存在大线规电缆交叉时,最大导体直流电阻变化率升至101%,护套明显磨损;链轨中间设置扎带会引发电缆断路,最大导体直流电阻变化率达212%。基于试验数据,提出“正常或轻微过松安装、保证充足安装空间、仅两端固定扎带”的科学安装规范,为机器人电缆的应用提供技术支撑,延长电缆服役寿命。Abstract: To address industry pain point where the lack of clear installation standards for domestic robot cables leads to premature failure due to improper installation, taking UL 20276 3P 26 AWG robot drag chain cable as the research object, impact of three key installation factors (installation length allowance, installation space and large-gauge cable crossing, as well as fixing method and position of cable ties) on service life of the cable was systematically explored by simulating actual application scenarios and designing dynamic tests. Using operation times, maximum conductor DC resistance change rate, and sheath appearance wear degree as life evaluation indicators, multiple sets of control experiments were conducted to quantitatively analyze influence weight of each factor. Results showed that over-tight installation could lead to cable breakage, with a maximum conductor DC resistance change rate of 855%, severe sheath wear, and braiding leakage; when installation space was limited with large-gauge cable crossing, maximum conductor DC resistance change rate could rise to 101%, and the sheath was visibly worn; setting cable ties in the middle of chain track could cause cable breakage, with a maximum DC conductor resistance change rate of 212%. Based on experimental data, a scientific installation specification was proposed, which involved normal or slightly loose installation, sufficient installation space, and fastening cable ties only at both ends, providing technical support for reliable application of robot cables and significantly extending their service life.
