一种提高非屏蔽Cat6类通信电缆串音衰减性能的结构设计

    A Structural Design for Improving Crosstalk Attenuation Performance of UTP Cat6 Communication Cable

    • 摘要: 介绍了非屏蔽(UTP)Cat6类通信电缆的结构设计、关键点的控制及性能测试。该结构设计省略成缆工序,主要从护套结构方面进行改进,形成独立分护套,增加结构的稳定性,降低高频下串音的干扰。通过检测验证,改进后的结构对串音衰减指标有明显的提高。

       

      Abstract: The structure design, key point control and performance test of UTP Cat6 communication cable were introduced.The design of this structure omitted the cabling process, and mainly improved the sheath structure to form an independent sheath, which increased the stability of the structure and reduced the interference of crosstalk at high frequency.The result shows that the improved structure can improve the crosstalk attenuation index obviously.
