深地深海油气勘探用测井电缆铠装钢丝的研发

    Research on Armored Steel Wire for Logging Cable for Deep-Sea Oil and Gas Exploration

    • 摘要: 采用高碳低硅微合金化的成分设计,结合光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和透射电镜,以及万能拉伸试验机对深地深海油气勘探用测井电缆铠装钢丝进行了研发试制。试制结果表明:铠装钢的盘条微观结构为全片层的珠光体组织,未出现先共析铁素体、先共析渗碳体和马氏体等异常组织,轧制后的冷却工艺合理,抗强度为1 623 MPa。盘条冷拉拔为钢丝后,珠光体中的片层渗碳体出现扭转、断裂的现象,出现了颗粒状渗碳体的形貌,冷拉拔加工硬化使钢丝抗拉强度提升至2 084 MPa。

       

      Abstract: The composition design of high carbon and low silicon microalloying was adopted, combined with optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and universal tensile testing machine use to trial production of armored steel wire for logging cable used in deep-sea oil and gas exploration were carried out. The results show that the microstructure of armored steel wire rod is full lamellar pearlite structure, and there are no abnormal structures such as proeutectoid ferrite, proeutectoid cementite and martensite. The cooling process after rolling is reasonable, and the strength is 1 623 MPa. After the wire rod is cold drawn to steel wire, the lamellar cementite in pearlite appears torsion and fracture, and the morphology of granular cementite appears. The tensile strength of steel wire is increased to 2 084 MPa by cold drawing hardening.
