基于Ansys Workbench的大承载全钢盘的设计和有限元分析

    Design and Finite Element Analysis of All-Steel Cable Drum with Large Bearing Capacity Based on Ansys Workbench

    • 摘要: 从设计角度出发,经过数据计算,建立了用于大长度、大截面超高压电缆运载和施工的全钢盘三维模型。该盘具模型设计有大量的支撑结构。运用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench对该全钢盘进行力值分析,通过模拟分析全钢盘在静载、吊装及放线3种工况下的应力分布情况,探究该盘具是否满足目标承载要求,若满足要求,则确定该模型设计可用于实际生产;若不满足,对其薄弱处进行加固优化后再进行数值模拟分析,最终达到大长度、大截面超高压线缆工程应用的要求。

       

      Abstract: From the design point of view,through data calculation,a three-dimensional all-steel cable drum model for large-length,large-section ultra-high voltage cable transportation and construction is established. The drum model is designed with a large number of support structures. The finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench was used to analyze the force value of the all-steel drum,and the stress distribution of the all-steel drum under static load,hoisting and pay-off conditions was analyzed through simulation to explore whether the drum meets the target load requirements. If it meets the requirements,it is determined that the model design can be put into practice. If it doesn’t meet,we need to optimize the structure of its weakness and then perform numerical simulation analysis,and finally satisfy the requirements of ultra-high voltage cable engineering application with large length and large section.
