抽水蓄能电站高落差竖井环境下高压电缆敷设方案

    High Voltage Cable Laying Scheme for Pumped Storage Power Station with High Drop Shaft Environment

    • 摘要: 针对高压电缆竖井落差大、线路长和施工组织困难等问题,结合多年来现场施工与设计总结的经验,提出了一种解决高落差竖井环境下敷设高压电缆的施工方法,并结合该方法研发了相关的辅助设备。成功应用于某抽水蓄能电站高压电缆竖井内的敷设施工,克服了电缆线路长、敷设落差大、工期紧、施工难度大等不利的因素,敷设过程中输送设备开机率达到95%,极大降低了设备关停调整的时间,人员数量也较传统模式减少约1/3,大大提升了施工的质量和效率。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of large drop, long line and difficult construction organization of high-voltage cable shaft, combined with the experience of on-site construction and design over the years, a construction method was put forward to solve the laying of high voltage cable in the environment of high drop shaft, and relevant auxiliary equipment was developed with this method. It has been successfully applied to the laying construction in the high voltage cable shaft of a pumped storage power station, which overcomed the adverse factors such as long cable line, large laying drop, tight construction period and great construction difficulty. During the laying process, the startup rate of transmission equipment reached 95%, which greatly reduced the time of equipment shutdown and adjustment, and the number of personnel was reduced by about 1/3 compared with the traditional mode, which greatly improved the construction quality and efficiency.
