摘要: 介绍了三代核电站用堆顶棒控电缆和堆顶棒位电缆的基本情况,并根据相应技术要求进行结构设计、材料选型和工艺控制。采用复合绝缘线芯的结构设计和新材料,保证堆顶棒控电缆和堆顶棒位电缆在150℃的运行条件下,60 a的设计寿命;采用聚醚醚酮(PEEK)为绝缘材料,保证电缆的电气性能和辐照性能,并增强电缆的耐高温性能;采用高温挤出机并严格控制生产的工艺参数,使PEEK达到良好的结晶度。Abstract: The control rod drive mechanism reactor head cable and digital rod position indication system head cable developed and validated for third generation nuclear power plant was introduced.The structural design, material selection technology breakthrough were introduced, according to technical specification of the design institute and the application situation of the project.The cable insulation adopted the double-layer structure design and the new material application, meeting 60 years life requirement at the operating temperature of 150 ℃.The insulation material is PEEK, which can guarantee electrical performance and irradiation performance, and enhance the high temperature resistance of the cable.Using special high temperature extruder and strictly controlling the process parameters during production, PEEK achieves good crystallinity.
