端头固定方式对架空绝缘电缆拉断力的影响

    Influence of End Fixing Method on Breaking Force of Overhead Insulated Cable

    • 摘要: 研究了在采用低熔点合金浇注法、夹具法、预绞丝固定法和金具压接法等4种端头固定方式下,1 kV架空绝缘电缆导体对架空绝缘电缆拉断力的影响,并对其试验结果进行了对比。最后,结合不同端头固定方式的优缺点,确定夹具法为最佳的端头固定方式。

       

      Abstract: Effect of four end fixing methods, including low melting point alloy casting, clamp method, pre-twisted wire fixing method and fitting crimping method on tensile strength of 1 kV overhead insulated cable conductors was studied, and their test results were compared. Results showed that clamp method was determined to be the best end fixing method by analyzing and combining the advantages and disadvantages of different fixing methods.
