    Development of Dual-Oil Resistant, Ultra Low Temperature and Low Smoke Halogen Free Rubber Sheathing Material

    • The stringent requirements of the EU standard EN 50264 for jackets have become the technical threshold for domestic cable companies to enter the railway rolling stock cable market,for example the research and development of dual-oil resistant,ultra-low temperature,low-smoke and halogen-free rubber jacket materials. The formula chooses LANXESS EVM as the formula matrix resin. With the increase of VA content,EVM oil resistance is getting better,and the low temperature resistance becomes worse. TP-95 has the best improvement of low temperature resistance,followed by DOS and DOA with the worst effects,plasticizers have certain limits for improving low temperature resistance.
