    Development of Integrated Protection Class B1 Cable for Rail Transit

    • This paper introduces the material,structure,service environment and product characteristics of Class B1 cable with comprehensive protection for rail transit. Through the design of composite insulation layer composed of mineral insulating material and ceramic silicone rubber,composite moisture barrier layer composed of metal composite tape and high flame retardant oxygen barrier material,and outer protective layer composed of inorganic flame retardant layer and low smoke and halogen-free ceramic material,so as to achieve the product to meet the requirements of environmental use and comprehensive protection performance.
