Research on Fast Detection and Determination Method for DC Resistance of Stranded Copper Conductor

The influence factors of resistivity of stranded copper conductor,the reason of the fluctuation of DC resistance measurement result,and the linkage relationship between resistance and the weight per meter are studied.This paper introduces the testing process of conductor volume resistivity,converts the control allowance of resistance into the sectional area of conductor and the control range of the weight per meter. By testing the weight per meter of conductor,the resistance can be quickly and accurately tested and judged.
