    Discussion and Performance Evaluation of Small Size Enamelled Rectangular Copper Winding Wires

    • In this paper,it explored the test methods of springiness,heat shock and continuity of insulation of enamelled rectangular copper winding wires with conductor cross-sectional area less than 10. 00 mm~2.Two samples of common specifications round wire and small-size rectangular wire were selected for the resilience test,and the dispersion of the test results of small-size flat wire was compared and analyzed.Heat shock test selected a small-size enamelled copper rectangular wire and used round wires preparation methods and rectangular wires preparation methods to test the breakdown voltage value after heat shock test,and analyzed which test method was more suitable for the small-size rectangular wires. Continuity of insulation test drew on the high-voltage pinhole test method to verify whether it was suitable for small-size enamelled rectangular copper winding wires.
