    Research on Technical Requirements of Flexible Cables for Industrial Robots

    • According to the working mode and functional requirements of industrial robots, the working conditions of flexible cables during the working process of the robots was analyzed. The performance requirements of flexible cables for industrial robots were discussed. The technical requirements of flexible cables for industrial robots were studied from the aspects of conductor structure design, insulation and sheath material selection, cable strand structure design, shielding structure selection and mechanical properties. Industry standard was formulated.
