Development of High Cold Resistance Flame Retardant Flexible PVC Single Core Insulated Cable for Wind Power Generator

By means of conductor stranding in the same direction and low temperature resistant soft polyvinyl chloride insulating material design, and combined with drying material, multi-temperature zone control during extrusion, conductor preheating and other processing methods, the single core insulation cable with flame retardant requirements applied in high cold environment was designed and manufactured. The cable was suitable for wind power generation system in the engine room internal and change flexible electrical connections inside the box, it had strong adaptability in extremely environment (cold, small bending radius, etc.), and had excellent flame retardant high performance at the same time, it can still maintain a certain under extreme cold environment of softness, easy construction and maintenance.
