    35 kV Modified Polypropylene Material Performance Test Analysis and Production Problem Solution

    • In order to study the properties and the production process of the 35 kV modified polypropylene material, the performance of the modified polypropylene material was tested and analyzed to solve the problems in the production process of the cable insulation core.Finally, in the production and manufacturing of cable insulation core, the equipment applicability problem of cross-head heating system and vulcanization tube cooling system was explosed and solved, which solved the technical problems of rough insulation shield surface, expansion and bulge of cable insulation core.The cables produced by using modified polypropylene materials and perfect process technology had been tested by the third-party testing institute, which fully met the standard requirements.It also further explained that the material performance test and analysis results and the solution of production problems play an important role in the mass production of qualified products.
