Improvement of Production Process of Hybrid Cables

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of fiber stress and strain in hybrid cables, production process was improved by reasonably controlling tension of copper conductors and optimizing pitch of copper conductor twisting, and the performance before and after improvement was compared. Results showed the strain of optical fiber under external force could meet the standard requirements and ensure stability and efficiency of optoelectronic signal transmission after process improvement, which could provide a great significance to improve the tensile performance of hybrid cables.
