Design of Flexible Impulse Coaxial Cable with High Voltage and High Current

Based on the selection of key materials, flexible structure, large-section coaxial low-loop resistance and structural parameter design, flexible impulse coaxial cable with high voltage and high current was developed.Besides, electrical strength, mechanical strength and temperature rise were analyzed through simulation and experiment. Results showed that the product met the design expectations and requirements of use, which could achieve the corresponding performance and functionality.
