Mathematical Model of Continuous Vulcanization Time of Rubber Cables

Abstract
Rubber cables in production process need to experience high temperature and high pressure environment.During the process, problems such as conductor oxidation, color change and lack of sulfur appear easily, reason of which is unreasonable setting of vulcanization process parameters. At present, the imported continuous vulcanization equipment has increased the function of automatic calculation of vulcanization process. In order to standardize vulcanization process, upgrade domestic equipment, improve product quality and production efficiency, according to the principle of rubber vulcanization, a mathematical model for vulcanization time of rubber cables was established. Accuracy and reliability of the calculation model were proved by the product production process verification. Results provided scientific basis for technological innovation and equipment upgrading of rubber cable production process.
