Analysis of Temperature Dependence on Air Change Rate and Temperature Field Deviation in Thermal Aging Box

    • A study was conducted to address the difficulty in determining the compliance of air change rates and temperature field deviations in thermal aging test chambers during routine operation. The performance variations of two thermal aging test chambers (RL100 and RL115U) were investigated under different set temperatures. The results indicated that the air change rate in the natural convection chamber increased linearly with temperature and fluctuated between 15~20 times per hour when the temperature exceeded 150 °C, while its temperature field deviation widened with rising temperature. For the forced convection chamber, no linear relationship was observed between air change rate and temperature, with fluctuations recorded in the range of 155~170 times per hour. It was confirmed that the compliance in lower temperature ranges could be inferred by evaluating high-temperature performance, providing operators with a convenient and effective method for equipment status assessment.
