Abstract
In response to the operational safety issue of electrical circuits in mobile intelligent equipment under high-temperature or flame environments, technical research on fire-resistant cables suitable for mobile laying conditions was addressed. Based on customer requirements and practical production conditions, structural design, material selection, and key manufacturing processes of 1000 ℃ fire-resistant cables for mobile installation were carried out, and the mobile fire-resistant performance of cables was verified through experimental tests. Results showed that the developed cable could meet the fire resistance requirements specified in standards such as National Standard of the People's Republic of China (GB), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), British Standard (BS), Australian Standard (AS), etc, which could be capable of withstanding 5000 times of bending and movement in a 1000 ℃ flame while maintaining normal operation, and passed a continuous combustion test lasting 600 min. This cable exhibited excellent mobile fire-resistant performance, making it suitable for extreme high-temperature environments and frequent bending conditions, which could provide a technical basis for the development and application of mobile fire-resistant cables.
