    • Research on fatigue failure mode, fatigue life analysis and fatigue test method of dynamic umbilical underwater production systems (hereinafter called dynamic umbilical) are summarized. Main research methods and key technical difficulties are revealed. In addition, main technical demands and research directions for the future development of dynamic umbilical are prospected. The above work provides basic theory and technical reference for the long-life engineering application of dynamic umbilical for offshore engineering (104 references cited).
