Design and Analysis of Cable Network for a Weapon Equipment

According to structural characteristics and electrical test requirements of weapon equipment,drawing on design experience of comprehensive test for other weapons equipment assembly,structural laying design,electrical design and related reliability calculation analysis of cable network on a weapon equipment were carried out.Results showed that laying design of cable network on the weapon equipement was reasonable,and electrical performance could meet the demand.The cable network was applied in actual assembly comprehensive test process,which could achieve the expected design effect.In addition,design method proposed in the paper can provide ideas for the subsequent design of cable network on the other weapon equipment.
