    Development and Perspective of High-Speed Twinaxial Copper Cabling Technology

    • By researching of the approved standards in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and Optical Internetworking Forum (OIF), current technologies of high-speed twinaxial copper assemblies, twinaxial cables, and connectors were summarized. Furthermore, technical challenges of the design, manufacture, and test of the next generation twinaxial copper cabling with 200 Gb·s−1 or 400 Gb·s−1 signaling rate per lane were discussed.
